  1. Thanks for the great recipes! Does the flax gel need any ingredients other than the flax? I couldn't tell if they were optional or not. And the magic soak would be before boiling, right? Thanks!

    1. You can use just flax seeds and water for Flax Seed Gel if you wish. You are correct, the magic soak is done before you boil.
